Administrative and financial implications of the draft resolution contained in document E/CN.4/L.1466

Statement submitted by the Secretary-General in accordance with rule 28 of the rules of procedure of the functional commissions of the Economic and Social Council

Under the terms of operative paragraph 2 of draft resolution E/CN./L.1466, the Commission would authorize the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities to request 'Mrs. Questiaux to continue the study on the implication for human rights of states of siege and emergency.

On the basis of the foregoing, the financial implications of the resolution are as follows :
