Further requests the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities on the basis of these elements, to prepare, for submission to the Commission at its fortieth session, a report containing principles on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote ana protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, taking into account the particular responsibility of States in promoting human rights, as well as the interdependent nature of civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights; E/1982/12/Corr.l E/CN.4/1982/30/Corr.l English, French and Spanish only 82-11367 0320n (E)
