4. At the same meeting, the Committee decided to recommend to the General
Assembly for adoption the draft resolution contained in document
A/AC.265/2006/L.8/Rev.1 and the draft Convention on the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities and draft Optional Protocol contained in the annex to the present report.
