United States of America: Amendment to the Draft Covention
on the elimination of all froms of discrimination against
women (E/CN.6/591 and Add.1)
Article 5: Add the following paragraph:
"2 In the determination of roles, it should be recognized that both
motherhood and fatherhood are responsible social function.
