Belgium and France: Amendment to the draft convention on the
climination of all froms of discrimination against women
(E/CN.6/591 and Add.1)
Article 10, sub-paragraph (a) Amend the sub-paragraph to read as follows:
"(a) Equal conditions of career guidance, access to studies and earning of degress
shall be ensured in educational establishments of all types in rural as well as in
urban areas. This equality shall be ensured in pre-school, general, technical,
vocational and higher education, including any other means of vocational training"
