2. This right shall include in particular the freedom to have or to adopt a religion or whatsoever belief of his choice and freedom, either individually or in community with others and in public or in private, to manifest his religion or belief in worship, observance, practice and teaching, subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law and are necessary to protect public safety, order, health and morals.
4. The States Parties shall equally respect the liberty of the child and his parents, and, where applicable, legal guardians, to ensure the religious
and moral education of the child in conformity with convictions of their choice and to have access to the necessary articles and materials related to the rites or customs of a religion or belief.
