of the Marshall Islands to the United Nations addressed to
the Secretary-General
I am writing to you in my capacity as Chairman of the Group of Member
States of the South Pacific Forum who are Member States of the United Nations,
and have the honour to transmit to you a copy of the Twenty-Fourth South Pacific
Forum Communiqué, completed in Nauru on 10 and 11 August 1993 (see annex).
It is my duty to request your assistance in distributing the present letter
and its annex as an official document of the General Assembly under
items 15 (a), 18, 36, 44, 50, 56, 61, 71, 72, 83, 92, 94, 95, 96, 97, 100, 109,
110, 111, 112, 118, 119 and 120 of the provisional agenda.
