Pursuant to paragraph 2 of General Assembly resolution 60/232 of 23 December 2005,
the Commission on Human Rights will have before it the reports of the Ad Hoc Committee on a
Comprehensive and Integral International Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the
Rights and Dignity of Persons with Disabilities on its fifth and sixth sessions (A/AC.265/2005/2
and A/60/266).
