DRAFT INTERNATIONAL COVENANTS ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND MEASURES OF IMPLEMENTATION
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics: Draft amendment to Article 25
Add at the end of the Article the following :
"and undertake to adopt all necessary measures, particularly by legislation, to ensure to everyone a dwelling consistent with human dignity,"
